What delivery options do I have?
Yes! You do not need to create one, although we strongly recommend you sign up to enjoy the added ease of use. Without a Paypal account, all you need is any Debit/Credit card stated below that is supported by Paypal.
Supported Courier Service are as follows:
- Janio (Tracked Courier Service)
- SingPost (Free)
What are my shipping charges?
There will be free delivery on all purchases using SingPost. There will be $2 shipping charges for purchases using Janio Shipping which will take estimated 1 to 3 business day to deliver once picked up from our warehouse.
What is the delivery time?
Your order will be processed up to 2 business days to be ready for delivery.
Your order will be delivered within 1 - 3 business days after it has been handover to courier.
Orders are shipped on business days only.
Processing up to 3 business days.
days are Monday to Friday, 9am to 6.30pm, excluding National Holidays in Singapore.
How can I track your parcels?
As soon as we start packing your order, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to your registered email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online.
You can track your parcel status through the Supported Courier Service.
Supported Courier Service are as follows:
- Janio (Visit Janio Tracker by simply key in your tracking number)
- SingPost (Free - No tracking number is available)
Why is my order taking so long?
We always aim to deliver your order on time within our standard delivery time, however there are few unexpected factors such as stock retrieval from sales or promotion season, bulk order and unpredictable circumstances that is beyond our control that might cause delays in your delivery.
Why was my online order cancelled?
We apologized for the inconvenience caused. We have to cancel your order sometimes due to unseen circumstances such as Stock Availability, Delivery Address Issues. You will not be charged for cancellation. If your order or part of it was cancelled, the amount will be refunded to your registered account. For your information, it will take 5 to 7 business day(s) to make the progress.
Undeliverable parcels
If unable to deliver a package according to your chosen delivery option,
it will automatically be returned to Hangten.
Import taxes and custom duties
Please note Hangten will not responsible for any cross-border tax if there’s any.
We will not compensate these charges .
