The job:

You will handle all aspects of sales and customer service function includes attending customers’ enquiries, merchandise display, access to Point-of-Sales system, Stocks inventory control and managing of fitting rooms.

For senior level, you will assist the shop manager in running the daily operations of the job to drive excellent customer service standards, maximizing sales and profitability through effective selling and cost control. In addition, you will also be actively involve in the manpower schedule planning in ensuring adequate numbers of staff are deploy in according to the business operations need.
